More contents, more recipes and, above all, higher reaffirmation on the idea which led to create this magazine, that is, our wholehearted commitment to pastry – not any kind of pastry though, but creative pastry, imaginative, top-end, renewed, improved and up-to-date. It is that concept which France coined as haute pâtisserie and which we also dare name ‘gastronomic pâtisserie’. Let us start preparing number 6.
