Books For Chefs presents molds to reproduce preparations by Antonio Bachour and Xavi Donnay
Two of the latest major publishing releases from our Books For Chefs online bookstore are Bachour Buffets by Antonio Bachour and Mini by Xavi Donnay, which have quickly become best sellers. In order to make reading these books an even more enriching experience, BFC presents pastry molds to prepare recipes included in these two books or to create your own versions.
In Bachour Buffets, Antonio Bachour shows the type of pastry that he makes daily and in his courses around the world through five themed buffets, with the idea that “someone can open a business and get a return”. To get the most out of it, there are molds for petit gâteau or muffins, for example. You can even buy two molds designed by the chef himself: PC46 to prepare the Strawberry-Yogurt-Bombon, Milk-Chocolate-Pasion-Fruit and Cafe-Hazelnut-Bombon, and PX4353S for Peanut-Butter-Caramel and Rocher.
