obsession, Oriol Balaguer’s new book

It has been 15 years since the publication of Oriol Balaguer’s first book, “Dessert Cuisine”. Now he, alongside grupoVilbo, presents “obsession”, the new and brilliant book by this renowned chef from Barcelona.
