Obsession, Oriol Balaguer’s new book, now known in Greece
On 10 and 11 June, Oriol Balaguer presented his new book, Obsession, in Athens at the hands of one of our distributors in Greece, Gastronomy Essentials. This was an important event since it is the first time it has been exhibited outside Spain after its official launch in Madrid last April.
Oriol, with the support and collaboration of the chefs Christos Vergados, Thanasis Tsagliotis, Spyros Artelaris, and Babis Polykateros, made a practical demonstration of some of the fantastic creations that are in OBsession (cakes, desserts, pastries, bonbons, petits fours , among others) and demonstrate the versatility and creativity of this universal master pastry chef.
