Since this March, So Good Magazine has a new delegate, the Mexican executive pastry chef Santiago Corral, who lives in the USA. Having trained at The Culinary Institute of America, he will travel around the world on behalf of the magazine to continue discovering new chefs and haute patisserie establishments.
For more than 10 years, Santiago has demonstrated extensive skills not only in pastry and bakery, but also in the field of administration, event planning, coordination of culinary programs, and large-scale full-service catering in sectors as diverse as hotels, restaurants, schools, among others. Disciplined and creative, he specializes in Plated Desserts, chocolate and confections, Bakery, Sugar and Chocolate Sculptures, and is one of the regular teachers of the EPGB’s prestigious chocolate masters.
