The Spaniard Verónica Bustamante (so good #3 – the sorbet route) will be the new delegate in France for so good .. magazine and other Grupo Vilbo publications. Bustamante, trained in Spain and at the Ecole Professionnelle Lenôtre Paris, will be responsible for managing the contents of our reports on global haute patisserie from such an influential place as the French capital.
