Christmas trees with three chocolates and gold leaf in Ernst Knam
It is no secret that Ernst Knam’s (so good # 13) passion for pastry came from the aroma of freshly baked Christmas cake. A passion that can be seen this year in his Christmas collection, which highlights the delicate and colorful Tree series. Inside this line, we find a piece which pays homage to its famous three chocolate mousse, made with Peru Pachiza 70% dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, and decorated with gold leaf.
There is also Santa Claus, snowmen, reindeer, stars, sleighs, and other chocolate figures made by hand in his Via Anfossi shop which can be given individually or combined in a variety of ways to create personalized gift baskets. In addition, one of the star products of these dates could not be left out: the panettone in classic format, in the Venetian style, or the one known as Knamettone in a “Total White” limited edition, covered with white chocolate and with an interior of aloe vera, lime and yuzu.
