Frank Haasnoot’s Dutch pastry for the first time in the United States
Earlier last week, the World Chocolate Master Frank Haasnoot traveled to Melissa Coppel and Jean-Marie Auboine‘s school in Las Vegas to teach a four-day class. The first two days were exclusively devoted to the development of an artistic chocolate piece, and the other two to cups, cakes, tarts, and other of his unique pastry creations.
It is the first time the chef visits the United States as a teacher and 12 students were privileged to have been able to see in person how he works with chocolate and leaves his mark on each product with elegant decorations.
