“Gourmandises de Fêtes”, Christmas recipes by Thierry Mulhaupt
The Alsatian Thierry Mulhaupt has been inspired by the classic desserts of his native region to design the 40 sweet recipes included in his new book Gourmandises de Fetes, on sale in October.
The chef, with a successful career marked by numerous awards, proposes kouglofs, stollens, truffles, chocolate logs … recipes which are especially designed for the holidays this year and are also accessible to beginner pastry chefs, as they are accompanied by video tutorials.
