New Jean-Paul Hévin chocolate bar in Paris
At the end of the year, Jean-Paul Hévin opened a new shop in the heart of Marais, at the rue de Gran Bretagne in Paris, where one can savour hot chocolate made from the best cocoa selected by this pastry chef, a member of Relais Desserts, who throughout his career has received prestigious awards such as the MOF chocolatier, the Charles Proust Trophy and the World Chocolate Masters.
The new establishment, designed by Jean Oddes and Imma Polito, also has chocolate candies, macarons and other pastry creations, that will delight all gourmet palates.
