In 2017, this chef of Russian origin and French training will continue to unveil the keys to her modern pastry with new innovations and flavor combinations.
China, Russia, Italy, Spain, Thailand, India, Israel and Tunisia are some of the places where Tarasova will travel to teach three-day to five-day courses in which her “students have like full few week courses from any big school, but in a short time”, she explains. Classes in which theory predominates, “I give information about all combinations, forms, about work technic, basics things, and molecular theory of each element, with what we work and what we have around us”.
