Ramon Morató presents his latest creations in Athens
On 6 and 7 December, Ramon Morató will travel to Athens, to give an interesting masterclass organized by Gastronomy Essentials LTD (Cucina.gr) on new concepts, techniques, and modern pastry creations.
For two days the attendees, in addition to following the steps of his latest pastry pieces characterized by his modern combinations, will have the exclusive opportunity to taste some of the creations that are included in the book Four in One, which will be launched on 28 November.
Four in One, published by Grupo Vilbo, tells the story of the two decades of the Chocolate Academy in Barcelona (Spain), told in the first person by Ramon Morató, director of the academy, and the professors Raúl Bernal (so good #7, so good #13, so good #16), Miquel Guarro, and Josep Maria Ribé (so good #5, so good #7, so good #13).
