Dubai’s enormous potential is leading great pastry chefs to open their own patisseries. To take the international leap, the MOF Stéphane Glacier, who runs his pastry school and the establishment Pâtisserie et Gourmandise in Colombes (France), has chosen the great city of United Arab Emirates.
Cakery & Epicerie par Stéphane Glacier is the name of the new shop, an establishment with a terrace and tea room which also has its own workshop. In it, a team led by Masahiko Matsuda creates a range of products designed by the French MOF himself. Creations such as the Petit-Antoine , Reine Margot, Tendresse or Marceau are worthy of mention.
