18 candidates for the World Bakery Masters

Ana RodríguezThe Masters de la Boulangerie competition will bring elite international professionals to the next edition of Europain, which will take place from 3 to 6 February 2018 in Paris. Only 18 candidates from around the world will compete for the prestigious World Master Baker title after demonstrating talent, innovation, and technical prowess in three specialties: Nutritional Bread Making, Gourmet Baking, and Artistic Bread Making.
Created in 2010, the Masters de la Boulangerie is part of four years of international championships: Coupe Louis Lesaffre, Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie and Masters de la Boulangerie. Of the 18 World Master Baker candidates, 12 have been chosen based on the best individual scores achieved in the Coupe Louis Lessaffre 2014-2015 and the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie 2016, and the other 6 have been selected for their great potential.
