Cacaosuyo and Qantu, overall winners at the International Chocolate Awards

Ana RodríguezThis year, due to COVID-19, the International Chocolate Awards ceremony was held virtually and, in addition, the season was renamed 2020-21, giving the winners the opportunity to enjoy and promote their success for a longer period of time.
In this edition, the ‘Best in competition’ overall winners have been Cacaosuyo (Peru), in the plain / origin dark bar category by Cuzco 80, and Qantu (Canada) in the plain / origin milk bar for Oh la vache! Morropón Milk 60%.
Japan, Taiwan, Peru, France, Italy, Canada, and the USA are some of the countries that have received the most distinctions in this renowned competition, which is divided into the following modalities: plain / origin bars; flavored bars; ganaches, palets, ganache pralines and truffles; nuts; caramels; spreads, and ingredients from cacao.
