The inscriptions are now open for the next L’Art du Chocolatier Challenge, opened to all professionals who are at least 21 years of age, and who live within the fifty states of the United States or the District of Columbia.

The competition, organized by Cacao Barry, will celebrate its fifth edition in 2016 and will be held 20 and 21 May with Greek mythology as its theme.

Contestants will have a 100% chocolate focus when creating various recipes in front of a panel of world-renowned chefs. The finalists will be judged on flavor, appearance, creativity, and incorporation of the theme.
