The 12th edition of the Coupe du Monde de Patisserie takes place January 23rd and 24th in Lyon, France. During two intense days, the French gastronomy capital will also become the world’s haute pâtisserie capital.

A total of 19 national teams [view list] will compete to reach the most maximum glory a pastry chef can imagine. To reach said glory they must obtain the best score in their work: a chocolate cake, an ice cream cake, a plated dessert, and three artistic figures made of chocolate, sugar, and ice respectively. The Coupe du Monde won’t count on the participation of the French team, the host and maximum favorite in this next edition, since the winner of the previous edition does not participate in the following one. We will be there to live through the experience and share it with all of you. In fact, we will be as close to the action as being part of the press panel of judges who will award the best chocolate entremet.
