The European Pastry Cup 2018 will be held in Italy

Ana RodríguezAfter its first edition in Paris and two in Geneva (Switzerland), the next European Pastry Cup will take place in Turin (Italy) on 10 June 2018, almost at the same time as the Bocuse d’Or Europe (11 and 12 June 2018), within the framework of Gourmet Expo Forum.
Italy won the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2015 and has stepped onto the podium uninterruptedly between 2009 and 2015, becoming the ideal place to host the European qualifier that will determine which three countries will participate in Lyon in the CMP 2019.
In the future, this competition will become a traveling event, changing its destination every two years seeking new pastry talents.
