The Trophée Pascal Caffet for emerging talents reaches its 19th edition

Ana RodríguezOn November 10 and 11, the Gastronomie de Cube Troyes Champagne Expo Troyes will host the 19th edition of the Trophée Pascal Caffet. Created by Pascal Caffet (so good #13) and the Promotion Arts Qualités Pâtisserie Française association, the competition was born from the desire to promote the chocolate industry and discover new talents, a philosophy that today remains unchanged.
The contestants will have 9 hours to make an artistic piece entirely in chocolate and a presentation tray with three types of chocolate bonbons. The jury will award a first prize, valued at 2,000 euros + trophy, a second prize worth 750 euros, a third of 300 euros, plus a special prize for bonbon presentation (500 euros).
