Ana RodríguezThe Omnivore Food Festival Paris 2015, one of the great gastronomic salons in France, opens on March 8 at the Maison de la Mutualité. Founded ten years ago by Luc Dubanchet, it has gained importance over time until turning it into a consolidated international culinary event.
The sweet area of the festival (Scène Sucré) continues to grow and this year already has 24 pastry chefs who will give lectures and workshops, showing their technique and creativity. Some, regular contributors to So Good such as Christophe Adam, Emmanuel Ryon (MOF Glacier, World Pastry Champion in Lyon), Nicolas Jordan (brand new MOF Glacier 2015, Open des Desserts Glacés, World Pastry Cup in Lyon), the glacier Jérémie Runel (La Fabrique Givré, Studio Toqué), Philippe Urraca (Profiteroles Store link) or the fabulous tandem Benoit Couvrand & Cyril Lignac.
