This is the latest artistic installation by Janice Wong (2am Dessert Bar), twice named “Best Pastry Chef” in Asia’s 50 Best list and collaborator for So Good. The installment can be enjoyed until 9 August at the Orchard Central in Singapore, a recreation center which organizes annual gastronomy festivals, and this year is dedicated to desserts.
Wong proposes a unique and sweet stroll with this exposition, with chocolates, gummies, and marshmallows that glow in the dark, creating an eccentric and magical atmosphere.
