Bangkok World Pastry kicks off with Jordi Bordas

Ana RodríguezJordi Bordas, the Winner of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon in 2011, was in charge of inaugurating the Bangkok World Pastry 2017, which wants to promote high-end pastry in Southeast Asia in the form of small group workshops.
From 25 to 28 February, the pastry chef shared his revolutionary B · Concept method which advocates healthier and light creations that emphasize the flavor of the star ingredients through highly efficient work processes.
Classes in which an energetic Jordi demonstrated his gifts not only as a teacher and food scientist, but also as an entertainer, encouraging attendees to explore their own creativity.
