It is back live and stronger than ever, this is HostMilano‘s proposed official communication letting everyone know that they have everything ready to regain presence on their next edition from October 22 to 26. The reasons with which they accompany their enthusiasm are worth considering, an offer that reaches 1,100 exhibiting companies from 40 different countries in addition to Italy. Among the particularities of this return to live competitions is the coincidence in dates with the other great food fair in the transalpine country, Tuttofood. Both experiences will become a unique opportunity to highlight consumer trends that are now forming around the world.

The design and packaging of products will once again be a crucial element of the exhibition, which is why SMART Label will serve to expose and make all kinds of designs related to hospitality, catering, and vending products. But this will be just one of 800 events scheduled over the four days of the fair. Associated pastry professionals may be interested in Luxury Pastry In The World, commanded by the Italian master Iginio Massari and where we can find talks, workshops, exhibitions of “pastry art”, or the space “Best Pastry Chef in the World”, in which the FIPCG association will expose 18 champion pastry teams.

Some emblematic products of Italian pastry will participate in their monographic competition, which is the case of the Tiramisu World Championship but also of the Panettone World Championship organized by the Accademia Maestri del Lievito Madre, which has held qualifying rounds in different parts of the world, including the classification for Spain by Daniel Jordà.

In addition to pastry, ice cream will be another of the great focuses as well as the whole world of coffee, from roasters to baristas. In fact, during the Salon the World Barista Championship, the World Championship of Latte Art, the World Brewers Cup, and the World Cup Tasters Championship will take place.

There are many reasons, exhibits, novelties, debate of new trends, and  activities with the Italian and international elite that strengthen the interest of Host’s dates for this coming month of October. The organization has already made available to visitors a system for acquiring tickets under special conditions
