IBIE, one of the most important grain-based food industry fairs in the world, will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 8-11, 2016. This edition will be bigger than ever with 77% of the show floor sold out a year ahead (November 2015) of the triennial event. “The emphasis placed on increasing international attendance over the past show cycles continues to grow with newer and stronger strategic partnerships,” said Michael Cornelis, IBIE Chairman. “In 2013, 26% of our total attendance consisted of international attendees. IBIE is incredibly proud of this feat and is on track to deliver an even greater forum for bakers and suppliers to connect and conduct business.”

One addition that stands out in this edition is the expansion of their education program, which will include more than 20 new seminars which will focus on the most relevant themes that currently concern the bakery sector, with extended content for senior management. More than 90 sessions designed for professionals from around the world in which specific strategies for running a more profitable business will be shown.
