Ana RodríguezThe International Baking Industry Exhibition (IBIE), which will be held from September 14 to 17, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, announces news. Attendees at the next edition will have full access, at no additional cost, to its IBIEducate educational program, designed to take baking to the next level through more than 100 sessions, workshops, and demonstrations that address essential topics in the sector such as production efficiency, ingredient innovations, and retail strategies.
“IBIE has always set the standard for innovation in the global baking industry. Each attendee will have the opportunity to participate in the most robust educational offering in the industry, designed to offer practical ideas and strategies that can drive immediate business growth. It is an opportunity to learn, connect, and apply new knowledge that will have a lasting impact,” says its president Jorge Zárate.
IBIE 2025 will also be the setting for the World Bread Awards USA, originally scheduled for October 7 and 8, 2024. With this change of dates, the organizers believe that the event will attract a larger and more diverse group of participants. “The additional time and a larger venue will allow for an even more complete celebration of the skills and creativity that define the baking community. Our goal is to ensure that the World Bread Awards USA continues to maintain its reputation for excellence and provide an inclusive and competitive experience for all involved,” says Samantha Moore, Director of Operations for the fair.
