Five months after its conclusion, Bakery China 2018 has already had 80% of its available space reserved.

The Asia Pacific leading event, serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market, will take place from 9 to 12 May and will occupy the 17 halls of the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), totaling 200,000 sqm, the equivalent of 17 football fields.

It will once again allow leading professionals and buyer delegates to know and share the latest innovations and thinking on distribution / manufacturing, R & D, applications, and services related to the industry.

In 2017 the fair had an exhibition space of 183,000 spqm, gathered 2,034 selected suppliers & manufactures from 30 countries and regions, and was visited by 122,284 professionals from 105 countries and regions. Figures that in 2018 will increase, confirming its consolidation as an essential fair for learning and networking, as well as to acquire and market a wide selection of quality and cost effective ingredients, equipment, applications, products, and bakery services.
