Orlinski’s Wild Bear: Salon du Chocolat’s surprise

One of the most spectacular ones is the six-meter tall bear by artist Richard Orlinski, known for sculpting beautiful works of art around the concept “Born Wild”. A bear which has been reproduced by Christelle Brua, the pastry chef of three-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Pré Catelan, head by Frédéric Anton.
