The 21^st Salon du Chocolat will be held from October 28 to November 1 in Paris Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center (Hall 5). An edition with the slogan: “Cocoa Expressions, Chocolate innovations”, which refers to professionals’ creativity, innovation and avant-guard dedicated to chocolate and patisserie.

About 500 participants will gather in an exhibition space of 20,000 square meters. 220 chocolatiers, pastry chefs and confectioners, alongside the greatest chefs and cocoa experts will demonstrate their best chocolate recipes, give lectures and workshops, and present their latest publications.

The 2,000 m2 Cacao Barry space is remarkable, and is where the World Chocolate Masters final will take place from 28 to 30 October. Twenty candidates from around the world will create pieces under the theme, “Inspiration from nature.”

An area dedicated to BtoB is a new space which will bring together a selection of the chocolate and cocoa industry’s main suppliers (ingredients, decorations, laboratory equipment, utensils, packaging, shop design and equipment).

We can’t forget the two competitions to be held: on Wednesday, October 28. The International Cocoa Awards, which rewards producers of high quality cocoa, and The Chocolate Awards, on Thursday, October 29, organized by the Club des Croqueurs Chocolat, which pays tribute to the best chocolatiers and the most remarkable chocolate in the world.
