On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Salon du Chocolat is preparing a new edition from October 30 to November 3 in Paris Porte de Versailles with a completely renewed visual identity and content.

This year the world of pastry will focus all its attention on the salon since it will pay tribute to the world’s top pastry chefs in a space of 2,500 square meters dedicated to cake-themed events, demonstrations, and tastings. Additionally, it will set up the all-new Cake Time, the first pop up tea room that will house different world-class pastry equipment every day: “One Day, One Palace”.

In terms of competitions, it will be the scene of the tenth edition of the International Cocoa Awards, which rewards the work carried out by cocoa producers around the world; the awaited International French Pastry Trophy and the “Best of the Best” of the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat.

Once again, the Pastry Show will return with creations by masters and young talents from the industry, the Cacao Show, the glamorous chocolate clothes fashion show, conferences, as well as a focus on Women in Chocolate, or the essential Junior Salon.
