The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) announces new dates for Sigep World in 2026. The international fair for gelato, pastry, bakery, coffee, and pizza will take place at the Rimini Expo Centre from Friday, January 16th to Tuesday, January 20th. Thus, it will be presented as the first major gastronomic event of the year.

Following Dubai’s Gulfood announcement that it was moving its event to the end of January, Sigep World has revised its calendar. The organizers assure that the decision to move up the dates is based on a dual objective. On the one hand, to avoid overlaps with other international events. And, on the other, to maximize business opportunities and ensure an optimal influx of both national and international visitors.
