Ana RodríguezThe importer and restaurant supplier Werners Gourmetservice has invited Antonio Bachour to Sweden to teach different modern techniques, including tartes, verrines, and cakes, as well as several combined methods to create elegant and surprising combinations of flavors.
From November 5 to 7, he will give an exclusive pastry master class, limited to 12 places, at the Werner facilities in Skara, and on November 9 he will hold a demonstration in the winter garden of the Grand Hotel Stockholm before a maximum number of 200 people, who will have the opportunity to taste his creations.
