From January 21 to February 5, Valrhona organizes in New York a Hot Chocolate Festival, ideal to combat the cold temperatures while collaborating in a charity project.

11 renowned establishments around the city (Ladurée, Mah-Ze-Dahr Bakery, The St. Regis, Sugar and Plumm, Lafayette New York, Épicerie Boulud, Baked, Almondine, Fika, Dominique Ansel Kitchen and La Maison du Chocolat) will serve hot chocolate with savory bites created exclusively for this event.

$ 0.50 from each cup sold will go to the Valrhona’s Clean Water Project, which helps to improve the living conditions of the cocoa bean farmers and community of Los Ranchos in Peru.
