A new image for the Confiserie Moutarlier tea room in Lausanne

Ana RodríguezConfiserie Moutarlier has recently reopened its tea room, situated in Lausanne, having introduced high quality materials such as wood, copper and slate, to give it a more modern look and feel. The new image better reflects the combination of modernity and tradition visible of their range of sweets.
Lucien Moutarlier and his son, Damien, members of Relais Desserts, are continuously observing the latest trends in pastry cooking and experimenting with high quality raw ingredients to develop original macaroons, cakes or original creations, such as Lucien’s “Chexbrefins” – chocolate sweets made with honey and almonds covered in dark and milk chocolate. These delicacies can be enjoyed by the Swiss in any of the establishments belonging to the Moutarliers (Lausanne, Lutry, Chexbres and Montreaux).
