Fernando TodaChristmas is approaching and the great patisseries of the world have already begun to show their creations for this year. One example is the mythical Maison du Chocolat, which on this occasion has prepared a range of original and spectacular chocolate creations. Thanks to the talent of pastry chef Nicolas Cloiseau, this collection, called Noël ARTchitectural, combines uniquely elegant well known visual elements such as the Christmas tree and teardrop pendants.
It is worth mentioning the creation called Sapin and Merveilles for its complexity; a spectacular tree, 67cm high, composed of 25 black chocolate discs held in suspension, with the spaces and holes in between where you can see various types of chocolate and nut decorations. Another great creation is the Marveilleurse, a bûche de Noël filled with fine hazelnut dacquoise, Venezuelan dark chocolate mousse, light chocolate sponge with cocoa syrup, hazelnut praline and chocolate shavings, and a cream of bergamot with lemon zest.
And then there is the outstanding architectural creation called Pampille de Noël, which is made of two triangles that conceal a pendant of milk chocolate and different fruits and nuts. Without doubt, it is a collection of excellence in combining creativity and elegance.
