ARCHICHOCO: chocolate furniture and buildings
Author:
Ana RodríguezAn edible and sensorial exhibition at the Cité du Chocolat can be enjoyed until June 30.
An exhibition that combines two disciplines – design and gastronomy- and poses a dilemma: What if buildings and furniture were made of chocolate?
The exposition was created and directed by StudioToqué, or what is the same, two gastronomy devotees: the master pastry chef Jérémie Runel (trained with great chefs such as Christophe Adam at Fauchon, Gilles Marchal at the Bristol in Paris and Frédéric Bau in Valrhona, and in 2013 opened an innovative ice cream shop, La Fabrique Givrée) and designer Guillaume Ladaviere (art, architecture and creation art enthusiast who studied at the Ecole nationale suprérieure des Beaux-Arts in Lyon, specializing in Design / Set Design / Urban Design).
Look the making off!
