L’Atelier Barcelona, Amaury Guichon’s first European visit in 2020

Ana RodríguezThis 2020, the first visit to Europe by Amaury Guichon, resident in Las Vegas, will be to Barcelona, to L’Atelier, an establishment co-directed by Eric Ortuño and Ximena Pastor that combines shop and school.
The popular French chef, author of the book, The Art of Flavor, will teach two masterclass organized by PastryBCN: Petit Gateaux, from March 25 to 27, and Entremets, on March 29 and 30. Two demonstrative courses for all audiences, ideal for entering the world of pastry with professional techniques, training as a pastry chef and seeing how he makes some of his emblematic pieces live, including The Compass, Drum, Fiona, Lemon Pie, The Caramel Clock, The Cigar, Coconut, Lemon tart, The Mushroom, The Pavlova, The Scaphander, and The Saturn.
L’Atelier Barcelona will also host another great international name in 2020. Wei Loon Tan, a member of the Malaysian team that won the last edition of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, will give the keys to perfecting cake techniques from June 19 to 21.
