With Lee, who has grown his career in the United States in numerous Michelin three-star establishments, this establishment presents a new menu of pastries and bake goods that reflects his years of experience with great chefs and that is the result of many months of recipe trials and development
This new collection will feature traditional French crowd-favorite pastries such as Plain Croissant, Chocolate Croissant, or Almond Croissant. Also new are the Chelsea Bun, a traditional British spiced dumpling topped with currants and brown sugar, and the Sub Rosa Bun, which pays homage to his tenure at the acclaimed Sub Rosa Bakery in Richmond, Virginia. Dough lovers will enjoy a new version of the Sourdough Bread, as well as an improved proposal of the breakfast croissant with fried egg, truffle ham, and red Leicester cheese.
