Ana RodríguezEmmanuel Hamon spent four days, together with an assistant, making this impressive 85 kg chocolate Hulk, without molds or any plastic chocolate, only chocolate and cocoa butter.
The Breton chef, director of ABA school, with the help of his assistant Edmond Roukoz have made this piece for the Chocolate Museum of Beirut that belongs to Mohamad Hashwi, Chief Executive Officer of Bano Group. A nice space “with incredible, rare, and original pieces, from how they started to make chocolate more than 200 years ago, there are also few chocolate pieces from Stephane Leroux from his last book, and a chocolate kids education kitchen,” he explains . And it was precisely thinking of children that Hamon decided to create a Marvel character, a Hulk without his characteristic green color “so that people can see that it is only made of chocolate”.
