Iginio Massari traveled to Tokyo on February 29 to teach a masterclass dedicated entirely to panettone. The event, organized by Molino Dallagiovanna, had the purpose of highlighting this traditional Italian product in Japan. In the session, attendees had the opportunity to learn the techniques and secrets of making three different variations: traditional, chocolate, and pistachio.

“Japan loves culture, tradition, and quality,” declared Massari. “For this reason, I am confident that our Panettone made with the raw materials from Molino Dallagiovanna and Agrimontana will triumph. Japanese pastry shops and bakeries are ready, the market is ready, and the many professionals participating in this masterclass today are proof of it.”

This stop in Japan is the first of the Meet Massari R-evolution tour, organized by Molino Dallagioavanna, which is now in its sixth edition. The second event took place on March 10 within the framework of Identità Golose and will end on September 23 in Paris.
