From Gaston to the present, Lenôtre’s Easter tribute
Author:
Jaume CotThis year, Maison Lenôtre gets nostalgic and pays homage to patisserie. Looking at its founder, Gaston Lenôtre, and his formative vocation for bakers, ice cream makers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers, a collection of figures that reproduce different moments of pastry work have been prepared. These are “Les Petits Pâtissiers” and are made in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate in addition to having elements and fillings of almond paste, nougatine, etc. Lenotre establishments will be filling their windows with these friendly characters beginning 22 March.
