Jordi Bordas teaches his B-Concept method in New York

Ana RodríguezSosa and Adamance have invited Jordi Bordas, 2011 World Pastry Champion, to teach an exclusive masterclass on March 31st in New York. Although the venue has not yet been specified, the two time slots available have been detailed: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In this class, the Spanish chef will teach his prestigious B-Concept method, designed to create healthier, lighter, and tastier recipes from scratch. Since spots are limited, a registration website has already been set up.
