The popular French program Le Meilleur Pâtissier, on channel M6, will release on May 2 its version for professional pastry chefs, presented by Faustine Bollaert. A competition in which candidates, working in large hotel groups, places with Michelin stars, and prestigious bakeries, will have to demonstrate not only their ability to produce large quantities of confectionery, but also their creativity by producing an unprecedented dessert.

One of the great assets of this television space will be the jury that will participate. An exceptional cast made up of four well-known names in French pastry: Philippe Conticini, Pierre Hermé, Frédéric Bau and Cyril Lignac (so good #11).
