Seldom has a collaboration between two chefs produced such rich and exhilarating effects. They are the ones we find in the book, New-School Sweets, by Vinesh Johny and Andrés Lara and published by Page Street Publishing Co. Throughout its more than 200 pages, the two chefs offer more than 70 different creations with a slogan that says it all: “old-school pastries with an insanely delicious twist.”
