Sculpture, design, and chocolate in Patrick Roger’s new boutique

Ana RodríguezOn 19 rue de Sèvres in Paris, Patrick Roger has opened a new boutique that looks like an art gallery. A shop that he dreamed of for a long time and that presents a unique and striking design. Inside, there is a dark and narrow corridor with metal walls that resemble roots. A plant style that is very characteristic of his chocolate sculptures, since he feels a devotion to nature. And in the center, a spectacular altar as if suspended above the ground.
The bulbs of a plant that Roger discovered during a trip to Madagascar offer all the chocolate collections on the surface and presented under glass. And to take the ritual even further, in this new sweet temple there is no possibility of buying miniatures individually and/or in bulk.
