Due to the difficult period that pastry is experiencing due to the coronavirus, the Bellouet Conseil school, located in Paris, believes that progress and training is more important than ever for chefs. For this reason, it has designed an attractive course calendar for 2021 in which great chefs will participate, most of whom can speak English. Although the classes are taught in French, in some cases the recipe book will also be available in English.

Some of the pastry chefs who will teach at the school led by Jean-Michel Perruchon (so good #8) next year will be MOF Yann Brys, who will present a range of petis gâteaux and entremets with innovative decorations and new flavor combinations, as well as taste tea cakes, in June; Julien Álvarez, pastry chef at the prestigious Le Bristol Paris, who will share his latest creations of plated desserts and for tea time in May, and Johan Martin, true ambassador of the best artisanal viennoiserie, who will contribute his new ideas throughout the year about modern viennoiseries.

However, they are not the only professionals who will visit the classrooms. To give some examples, Étienne Leroy, Quentin Bailly, Christophe Morel, and the MOFs Yvan Chevalier, Jonathan Mougel, and Frédéric Hawecker.
