Ana RodríguezBridor has announced that it will create a new manufacturing center near Salt Lake City, Utah, which will offer a wide range of artisan breads and pastries specifically designed for the American market. With this action, the French manufacturer continues with its global expansion strategy in North America, where it already has four factories, with a great push in the United States.
“This factory will allow Bridor to respond to the specific needs of the American market by having a production site as close as possible to its regional customers,” explains its global director, Philippe Morin.
Bridor, a subsidiary of the Le Duff Group, will make a large investment of nearly 200 million euros. Construction will begin in autumn 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Production will be operational in January 2026.
This center will generate 300 jobs, distributed among the operators, bakers, engineers, and quality controllers. Through its Training Academy, Bridor will teach its new employees the knowledge essential for the manufacturing of premium artisan products on an industrial scale.
