The Irca Americas Squadra, which will be in charge of showcasing the best applications for the products of the companies integrated into the group, is made up of:

Dinara Kasko (Los Angeles, CA)

Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine and known for her architectural approach to desserts, Dinara redefines pastry with 3D modeling and geometric designs that push the boundaries of modern confectionery.


Chris Ford (Los Angeles, CA)

A pastry innovator famous for his stunning breakable chocolates and luxury creations, Chris brings artistic flair, unbelievable chocolate experiences and a mastery of flavor to the forefront.


Frank Volkommer (Napa, CA)

A certified master pastry chef with over 30 years of experience, Frank combines his passion for innovation with his role as an educator and R&D specialist.


Tatum Sinclair (Chicago, IL)

A rising star in the pastry world, Tatum is known for her inventive takes on classic techniques and flavor combinations, including her famous Black Truffle Puff Bread or her Black Sesame Pavlova, earning her multiple awards.


Mariane Oliveira (Toronto, Canada)

Founder of Mary’s Brigadeiro, Mariane brings her Brazilian heritage to life with handcrafted chocolates where the ‘Brigadeiro’ is at the center stage, introducing Toronto to the most famous dessert in Brazil, bringing a true and culturally rich chocolate experience to Canada.


Juan Gutierrez (Chicago, IL)

Winner of Netflix’s School of Chocolate, Juan merges his Colombian roots with global inspiration to craft unique dessert experiences.


Marc Heu (Saint Paul, MN)

Dubbed the “King of Croissants,” Marc blends his French-Hmong heritage into his award-winning pastries, celebrated for their taste profile, refinement, and artistry.
