That’s why he invites all independent restaurants, bakeries, chocolate shops, patisseries, and other culinary makers that are still open these days to register on its new interactive CakeWalk map.
The chocolate company seeks to connect users to small establishments that are operating using safe, social distancing practices. The goal is to fill the map before Mother’s Day (May 10) so that professionals from the US and Canada can endorse their local businesses on this holiday, one of the highlights of the pastry sector.
