Dej Kewkacha and his brother Litti Kewkacha decided to move away from the family business to found Kacha Brothers, their own catering group focused mainly on the sweet world. Today they own 50 outlets under seven leading brands in Thailand, including the flagship Kyo Roll En, one of the most popular Japanese dessert cafe chains in their country. However, the apple of his eye is Kyo Bar, a bar that serves an ‘omakase’ menu of desserts with Thai and Japanese ingredients, for which he has been awarded the World’s Best Pastry Talent 2023 recognition by La Liste.
