Eunji Lee

Originally from South Korea, Eunji Lee traveled to France in 2006 to learn pastry making at the Institute National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie in Rouen and the École Ferrandi in Paris. She spent the next three years in the kitchens of William Ledeuil’s celebrated restaurant, Ze Kitchen Galerie, and then continued her training with Alain Ducasse and Cédric Grolet at Le Meurice.

In 2016, she became the Executive Pastry Chef at Jungsik, a two-Michelin-starred establishment in New York, and in 2022 she fulfilled her dream by opening her own pastry shop, Lysée, a veritable museum; a gallery of delicate yet amusing desserts.

In 2022 she also published the book Plating Dessert which includes all his signature recipes.
